We operate in and around the Greater Cape Town area. We have trucks that can load up to 8 tons or 5 cubic metres of rubble and sand. Hyundai and corsa bakkies are also available for smaller loads.

Conditions of Sale
1. We reserve the right to refuse sales to clients that have poor credit reference.2. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to existing clients because of their failure to settle outstanding accounts.
3. We reserve the right to cancel or change a contract extending a client 30 days payment depending on their failure to secure payments on time.
4. A fee of 15% will be levied on all outstanding accounts.
5. Any telephonic requests for services will constitute a sale unless the client cancels before the delivery is taken.
6. Once the sand is delivered or rubble is removed, the client is responsible for payment of the account with 3 working days of delivery or removal unless negotiated with management.
7. Cape Core Rubble is not liable for the quality of the sand, as we get this straight from the quarry.
8. The client might be liable for extra Landfill tariffs depending on the type of rubble, ie mixed or building rubble.
9. Our prices may change from time to time depending on the price fluctuations of sand and diesel.
10. Cape Core Rubble reserves the right to subcontract work to reliable service providers in the event of a breakdown or increased workload. The payment of the account is to Cape Core Rubble and not to the sub-contractor.
11. Cape Core Rubble undertakes to be careful but is not responsible for any damage to the owner’s property caused by off-loading sand or removing the rubble.
12. Cape Core Rubble and its employees reserve the right to decide when the truck is full or reached its maximum weight capacity of 8 tons. We cannot overload as we get fined at the dumpsite.
